Nothing says holidays like fudge. Ooey, gooey, creamy, delicious fudge.
“This fudge is so easy you may want to make it all year round!”
This is my mom's secret fudge recipe and its the best fudge I've ever tasted. Honestly.
How to make the Magic happen:
Using low heat, and a saucepan, melt the following ingredients:
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips with
1 can of condensed milk and
a dash of salt.
Remove from heat and add,
1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts,
1 1/2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
Stir well until the mixture becomes shiny looking, pour, and spread into foil lined cake pan.
(Use 8x8 or larger)
Tip: You can grease the foil slightly with butter, it's easier to remove and extra delicious
After 2 hours of chilling, you can remove foil and cut into squares
This can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Tip: Storing in a covered tin will help fudge stay fresher longer and not dry out.
